The story and feature itself is more akin to a Birdemic quality, but that real golden goose-egg of joy that you'll get listening to someone who seems under court order to voice this cat character. Imagine if someone requested Neil Breen to do a film on Hallmark Channel.... you would end up with A Talking Cat!?! I think so.
